I don’t know. It kind of looks like him, but something in the mouth area doesn’t seem quite right. I’d be curious to match it to a cap from a previous season, since there are shots of him in a similar pose.
It even resembles Bill a little. Hmmm…

1. Tara making the biggest “Come at me bro, I’m a Northman, biatch” face that there ever was.
